words I live by:

Be compassionate, be honest, stay positive, and seek great results

areas of expertise:

Acupuncture, herbal medicine, functional medicine/nutrition, gua sha, and cupping, with a special focus in women's health, fertility, pregnancy, and menopause. I love helping all genders with: pain, injury, anxiety, migraines, sleep, allergies, and digestion.

how did you decide to become a chinese medicine practitioner?

My grandfather was a physician and my mom a nurse, and when I was growing up they worked together. I definitely inherited healing as a vocation from both of them. In my early twenties, I was introduced to herbal medicine by friends, and an herbalist corrected my irregular periods. Later my chronic sports injuries completely resolved with acupuncture and gua sha.

What do you love about working with fertility patients?

I draw from my own experiences as a woman, and I really listen to my patients. I love how soothing and restorative Eastern medicine is, and the benefits for fertility and pregnancy are inspiring. Plus helping people become parents is deeply meaningful to me.

what inspires your work?

A genuine desire to help.

what is your self-care ritual?

I make these things the highest priorities: exercise, time outdoors, sleep, healthy food, love.
